اختصرت وزارة العدل تصانيف الدعاوى من 1300 إلى 300 تصنيف بمختلف أنواع المحاكم وذلك من خلال خدمة صحيفة الدعوى بشكلها الجديد عبر بوابة ناجز najiz.sa.

ويأتي هذا الإجراء في إطار توجه الوزارة نحو تحسين خدماتها  بشكل مستمر والتسهيل على المستفيدين، ولربط التصانيف مع اختصاصات المحاكم بشكل أدق.

وشملت التصانيف أكثر من 50 تصنيفًا في المحاكم العامة، و40 تصنيفًا في محاكم الأحوال الشخصية، و110 تصانيف في المحاكم الجزائية، و40 تصنيفًا في المحاكم التجارية، و40 تصنيفًا في المحاكم العمالية، و20 تصنيفًا في محاكم التنفيذ.

يذكر أن مشروع المحكمة النموذجية يستهدف ترسيخ البناء المؤسسي للقضاء عبر تطبيق السياسات الإدارية والأنظمة العدلية، والمبادرات التحولية، والبرامج التشغيلية المرتبطة بالمؤشرات، وإيجاد قنوات تقديم خدمة متنوعة ومتطورة تلبي احتياجات العموم وتسهل عمليات التواصل معهم، واتخاذ قرارات وعمليات تطوير بناء على الأداء الفعلي للمحاكم، لتصبح خدمات تعتمد على تحقيق الاحتياج الفعلي للخدمات، وعلاقة فاعلة ومثمرة مع جميع أصحاب المصلحة تسهم في تطوير القضاء بصورة مستمرة.
